What is the IPPQ?

The iOpener People and Performance Questionnaire (iPPQ) measures people's happiness at work, where happiness is defined as "a mindset that enables people to maximise performance and achieve their potential". It is developed by the iOpener Institute for People and Performance, a British consultancy. The iPPQ is based on the performance-happiness modelTM which has been brought to leading organisations including BMW, Microsoft, University of Cambridge, Phillips, World Health Organisation and the United Nations.

How does it work?

You will complete a questionnaire which takes no more than 10 minutes.

Your happiness at work will be gauged looking at the following: Contribution, Conviction, Culture, Commitment, Confidence, Trust, Pride, Recognition and Achieving your Potential.

This is a robust research-based, practical and fast-tracked approach for identifying and dealing with tough issues. This can also be a pre and post intervention measure to evaluate success and measure your returns on investment.
