Find your language of appreciation at work
Appreciation is one of the most important ways to enable a positive work culture. Yet a thank you email blast to staff often does not hit the mark. People want to be appreciated in different ways – Words, Acts of Service, Quality Time and Gifts. The Motivation by Appreciation Inventory enables leaders to skip the guesswork and personalise appreciation for staff.
What is it?
Dr. Gary Chapman, author of the internationally renowned book, "The Five Love Languages", worked with psychologist and business consultant Dr Paul White to write "The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace: Empowering Organizations by Encouraging People".
The Motivation by Appreciation InventoryTM is an online assessment tool that helps you understand your languages of appreciation at work. This tool has been used in office settings of various types such as financial services, social services and government agencies.
The Inventory comes in different versions: Standard, Medical, School, Ministry/Nonprofit, Military and Long Distance (for colleagues working remotely).
How does it work?
